Welcome to our home Hello, I am Sole (Maria Soledad), the owner of the house. I want to welcome you to our establishment. … Centuries of history are on these walls. We intended it to be comfortable and familiar. We will be delighted in having you hosted, being a part of its history and our family, as it has happened with everybody who, during these seven years that we are opened, has left a good memory in our hearts. Thanks to you all.

Brief History Although its date of construction remains a mystery, the most ancient documents found are from 1520. They refer to the Pope Clemente the Thirteenth (1758-1769) but there is also a royal stamped on them, with the name of Fernando the Seventh (1813). To know more... We do know that some abbots lived in it. They depended on St Martin in Santiago (nowadays St Martin Pinario) .Afterwards it was known as "the house of mules ", because it was a place of rest for the pilgrims and merchants who were coming following the Silver Route, that is at 100 metres form the estate. Approximately twenty years ago, we began the rehabilitation of the house. In 1998 we made a second reform to adapt it to hotel regulations.

Surroundings Santiago de Compostela. Every year there come thousands of pilgrims to visit the Apostle Santiago Pazo de Oca.A Estrada. It belongs to the countess of Medicaneli. The gardens have been compared to those of Versailles. Toxa waterfalls. They are formed by the river of the same name. They are the highest of Galicia.
